Services
Cable Repair
Every repair begins with a complete evaluation. The cable is rolled out and visually inspected for external damage, followed by HIPOT Testing to identify internal issues. Once all damage is located, we apply the appropriate repair methods using proven techniques and high-quality materials.
-
Full physical and electrical examination of each cable to identify all external and internal damage before repair.
-
Each phase is HIPOT tested at 200% of its rated voltage to identify any internal damage. Once the cable has been repaired, it is tested again to ensure it is in proper working condition.
-
We use high-quality splicing methods based on the original cable construction to maintain flexibility and durability—avoiding rigid, failure-prone alternatives.

Potheads & Stress Cone Leads
-
Jumper cables are welded to phase leads inside the pothead, with internal stress cones. Common for 5KV and 8KV applications.
-
Uses original phase leads with stress cones built inside the pothead. Also used for 5KV and 8KV applications.
-
Utilizes original leads with molded stress cones built externally. Designed for 15KV and 25KV applications.
We install durable pothead terminations designed for reliable performance in demanding environments. Configurations are based on voltage and application needs.
All terminations are built, inspected, and finished to meet customer specifications and ensure long-term reliability.
Couplers
We sell, service, and install a wide range of couplers for high-, medium-, and low-voltage applications. We work with multiple manufacturers to ensure the right fit for each application.
Cable Transportation
Our licensed drivers transport cable safely using spool trucks and flatbeds for either cable spools or palletized cable, depending on customer requirements. We handle both local delivery and long-distance shipping.
Onsite Cable Relocation
When needed, we assist with onsite cable moves.
Sourcing
We can source and supply a wide range of cable and cable materials, providing a single point of contact for customer needs.
